The "Valencia" Fascinator is made with dark orange velvet upcycled from a vintage dress, embellished with a large silk dahlia alongside a silk rose and finished with a poof of tulle. This fascinator is a statement piece to wear with any outfit! It would go great with a little black (or orange) velvet dress. This fascinator attaches to your head with an elastic band and a clip to secure it in your hair.
